Channel Names lost after Scan

I am running v3.9.2 and having problmes with channel names. When I run a scan to update channels, even with 'update channel names' selected, more and more of my channels now show 'Service xxxx' instead of the proper name. The favourites all work OK, but the channel name displayed when viewing the channel shows the Service number.

 

I am using Technotrend 3200 cards with Sky Digital cards.

 

Can anybody point me in the right direction please?

Hi,

 

I have the same problem with the Pro version but it works OK with GE version.
