Some steps are certainly useless but here is what i did ( under windows 7 familial premium ) after uninstalling soft and user/pass keys in regedit, i created a " grand administrateur " account ( don't know how it's called in english maybe " high administrator " ? ) by entering in cmd : net users Administrateur /active:yes I entered the high admin account, temporary desactivated kaspersky internet security, installed DVBViewer 4.2.1.0, I right clicked on properties to authorize everything for my account as a user / normal admin.
